The vision started on the 10th of October 1996 when the first bus was purchased. I left to Europe for study at the age of 25 years. After my studies, I started working, and after some years over there, I came back to the Country. When I came back, I saw that transportation in Edo State was poor; the facilities were poor and loading of passengers was done in the sun and rain as there was no shelter for them to stay under before they board the vehicles. So I decided to enter into the industry to create the needed change and make life easy for people travelling. I invested the little money I came with to buy a Toyota Hiace bus and opened an account for it. Thereafter, I went back abroad to continue with my job. I came back and discovered that the driver performed credibly and so I bought two additional vehicles which started plying Benin to Lagos road. Within a short period of time, we were able to add 5 buses to the number of buses we already had. Within few years, the buses increased to 10. When our buses increased to 15, I had to resign from my work oversees and came back home to manage the business myself. It was during this period our permanent site at No 222 Ugbowo Lagos Road, Benin City, Edo State was purchased and this serves as our Head office. Through the grace of God, We have been able to purchase other properties like 177 Badagry Express road by Volks bus stop, Lagos states and some other facilities in various parts of Nigeria. We are also into other business activities like fish farming, pig farming, Hotel management, outdoor services, and conference hall for rent with first class restaurant.

Deacon Godwin Ohonba. He is the Chairman/CEO of Ohonba Line. He is God fearing and a philanthropist who has the interest of the people at heart. He has a vision to completely alleviate the suffering of people and he's committed to this vision with passion. He's an astute business man and a long term thinker.
Mrs Elizabeth Ohonba. She is the Managing Director of Ohonba Line. She is totally committed and known for her hardwork and innovation. It has led to the rapid growth and expansion of the company. She has a passion for excellence and that has actually reflected on the customer service satisfaction.
Mr Kenneth Okoh. He is the General Manager of Ohonba Line. He is a committed and loyal member of the management team, who has contributed immensely to the development of the company. His business acumen and management skill has led to the unity and oneness of the staff which has in turn made the customers enjoy the best treatment available.
Mr Kingsley Orode. He is the Admin Manager of Ohonba Line. His administrative proficiency is high and he has an uncommon ability to put things together. He is very intelligent with the ability to foresee problems and proffer solutions to them. This attribute has led to the company diversifying to other regions.
Mr Olumese Batholomew. He is the Supervisor. He ensures that workers are committed to their duties and also monitors the daily activities of the company. He is intelligent and has a pleasing personality. And this has enabled him to effectively relate with both staffs and customers very well.
